BPM|Flow
BPM|Flow from TIM Solutions is a web-based application that allows you to automate and digitize processes that you have modeled in Aeneis. In Aeneis, you can use the application component BPM|Flow to prepare processes for transfer to BPM|Flow and transfer them to BPM|Flow.
In BPM|Flow you then convert your process model from Aeneis into an executable and automatically guided workflow. The workflows are used to process individual transactions according to a repeatable scheme, e.g. an employee's vacation request. The tasks in the workflow are completed by the users who are assigned to carry them out. If a workflow step has been executed, then the users responsible for the execution can complete the next task in the workflow. In this way, the individual steps of the workflow are processed until the final event in the process model is reached.
You can specify details for the individual steps in the workflow, such as:

Assign users or groups that need to complete a task.

Design forms for the particular workflow step that the assigned users need to fill in to complete the task.

Key performance indicators, e.g. the time in which a task must be completed
The result of a single operation, can be automatically integrated into other IT systems using connectors.
Example: One employee's vacation request was approved. Through the respective connector, the period of the vacation is automatically entered into the digital vacation calendar.
With the monitoring and reporting features you can monitor and evaluate your operations. This allows you to continuously improve your processes.
