Compliance Manager

With the Compliance Manager, you can use AI-supported and automatically generated knowledge tests to ensure that your employees understand and correctly implement business-critical processes and requirements.

How the Compliance Manager works

You can start a Compliance Check for each released object in the Portal, either via the extended release workflow or ad hoc via More actions. You define the framework conditions for the tests, determine the test participants and store organizational information for later reports. Then, with the support of AI, Aeneis creates a customized Compliance Test for each participant based on your specifications for the content of the object that is relevant to their role and responsibilities.

Only when the participant has passed the Compliance Test is the relevant content of the object deemed to have been successfully acknowledged. The Compliance Check is considered complete when all participants have successfully completed the Compliance Test. Aeneis documents the results and current status of the Compliance Checks and tests in separate detailed views.

Analysis and control via Compliance Manager app

The separate Compliance Manager app also supports management and process owners in analyzing and controlling all compliance activities.

The app offers you the following options:

Central monitoring: Track Compliance Checks and tests centrally.

Detailed analysis: Use various dashboards to view Compliance Checks and Tests from different angles, such as status, Compliance Check type or test language.

Identification of weaknesses: Quickly identify areas with low success rates and initiate specific improvement measures.

Proof of compliance: Prove for audits and certifications that your employees have understood all relevant requirements.

Requirements for the deployment of the Compliance Manager

To be able to use the Compliance Manager, the following requirements must be met:

• You need the license for the Compliance Manager.

• Your Azure OpenAI service must be set up accordingly.

• You need AI credits.

Please note that the results of the employees in the Compliance Tests can be viewed by certain other users. This can be perceived as a form of employee monitoring. It is therefore the responsibility of your organization to coordinate the introduction and use of the Compliance Manager internally in advance, to inform employees transparently and, if necessary, to obtain their consent.
