Prepare installation

For the successful installation of Aeneis, carry out the following preparation steps:

  1. Ensure that your hardware resources (Windows Server) meet the requirements of the technical data sheet.

  2. Download the installation file aeneis_server_windows-x7_x_x_x_x.exe.

  3. Add an exception in the virus program for the Aeneis directories.

  4. Add an exception for the port (443, 23000) in the firewall.

  5. Create a new service user (for the service, LDAP, Kerberos, e-mail service) or provide an existing one.

Attention: Server with local drive: Installation on a network drive is not supported.
