Queries, Reports & Report Components
Queries and report components are extended functionalities of the portal report to query and evaluate specific data. Depending on which data is to be queried and evaluated, various components are available that you can configure individually and also combine. You can additionally restrict these via conditions so that data is only queried and evaluated under certain conditions. The found data can be output via reports. For example via a PDF print report.
Queries, report components and reports are created and managed in the SystemAdministration. The components each have their own area where you can create them centrally. However, you can also create the queries and report components in various other places, such as in the portal report. You have the possibility to build the components modularly, to nest them and to link them to each other in order to realize complicated constructs.
