Directories
Different directories can be included in a print report. These are automatically created under the Introduction and Attachment entries when the template is imported.

Table of figures and list of tables
If figures are not to be included in the directory, then you can specify this in the respective report components Drawing, Image and Diagram.
If tables are not to be included in the directory, then you can specify this in the respective report components paragraph, table, matrix, tree, tree table.
You define table and figure captions directly in the text passages in the HTML editor. The table and figure captions are automatically copied to the appropriate directory when the print report is generated.
Indexes
With keyword indexes you can create directories in print reports, such as alphabetical indexes of model objects, role directories, or almost any other semantic indexing.
For this purpose, the objects that are output in the report and their positions in the alphabetical index can be evaluated. In the default configuration, all output objects and their positions in the report are listed alphabetically.
The Primary key attribute allows you to specify, via an attribute or a query, one or more objects related to this object. These are then used as the first key (label from the Open Office word processing program).
Example:
If you specify the Responsible attribute as the Primary key, then the execution (e.g. role) is determined for each object (e.g. a task) that is output. The responsible is then listed as the main entry. Below the responsible, all objects with all page numbers are listed, where the same responsible is defined.
You can specify as many primary keys as you want.
Configuration:

Description |

Objects as main entries |
The option Objects as main entries is mainly relevant if no primary key has been specified. If Primary Keys are specified, you can use this option to define whether the objects that are actually reported should continue to be included as main entries in addition to the Primary Keys. The option is disabled by default. |

Here you can specify one or more primary keys. See explanation above. |
