Set shape information

You can use the shape information in the network diagram profile editor to define which information is displayed in the shapes of the network diagram for each category.

Requirements: The information and shapes that are to be displayed in the network diagram must be defined in the properties of the relevant objects. If nothing is defined in the respective attribute, the information or shape is not displayed in the network diagram. You can find out how to model objects using the properties under Properties of a model object and Properties sidebar.

Example: For the Role category, specify that the workflow status and the category are displayed as information in the shapes.

To do this, select a category in the left column of the editor and use the toggle buttons under Shape information to define which information is displayed in the shapes:

Under Shape information, you can activate or deactivate the following information in the shapes:

  • Scope

  • Parent object

  • Workflow status

  • Version status

  • Category

  • Short name

Attention: To apply changes to the network diagram profile, always close the editor using the Save button. Changes that have not been saved will be discarded.
