Execute WWF and CIP transitions via More actions
In the Portal and Apps, you can perform workflow actions in the following areas using the More Actions button:

In the Portal and Apps, you can extend the default actions in these areas to include the start transitions of your own WWFs and CIPs. The Additional actions attribute is available for configuration in the portal report and in the apps.
Note: Additional actions configured within an App apply only to that App. The configured additional actions are only displayed when the user is in this app.
Note: Additional actions configured within a Portal report apply only to that Portal. The configured additional actions are displayed only when the user is in this Portal.
Example: It is not yet possible to create an improvement suggestion in the Portal via More actions in processes:
Via the configuration of the Portal report, you can make the start transition Submit proposal available in all processes via the More actions button:
Instructions - Configure transitions as an additional action:

Under the Additional actions attribute, create the Additional action category:

Open the properties of the new object

Configure the action in the Configuration area:
Attribute Description
Display With this attribute you determine under which conditions the start transitions of the referenced workflow category are visible under More actions.
Example: If you reference the model object category Process in the Display attribute, the transitions of the referenced workflow category are visible in the additional actions of all processes.

Workflow category Here you reference the workflow category whose transitions are visible in the additional actions. Visible transitions This attribute is relevant if the workflow category has multiple transitions. Here you can explicitly reference which transitions of the workflow category are transferred to the More actions menu. Transitions that are not referenced here are not displayed in under More actions.
Note: If the workflow category has multiple start transitions and you do not place any restrictions on the Visible transitions, all transitions are included in the additional actions.
Parent object Here you can configure a parent object. When the transition is executed, the created object is assigned to this parent object. Parent attribute Here you can configure a parent attribute. When the transition is executed, the created object is assigned to this parent attribute. Transition type Here you can select which transition type is to be displayed as Additional action.
Start transitions (default value): Only start transitions are displayed.
Non-start transitions: Only non-start transitions are displayed.

Click Save in the dialog and in the toolbar of SystemAdministration
