Wizard workflows (WWF)
With WWF, you create model objects according to a guided procedure and build model objects step by step.
Example: When a modeler creates a process via the Portal start page in the delivery state, he/she has to enter important key data about the model object via a form. In addition, a BPMN diagram is automatically created for the process. See also
The workflow component for creating and maintaining AWFs has the following main features:
-
Users can create and modify model objects according to the configured procedure.
-
You can configure workflow permissions.
-
The WWF makes the status of the model object traceable at any time.
-
Users can see the status of the workflow in the portal.
-
You use the configurations of the views to determine which users receive which information about the workflow.
