Wizard workflows (WWF)

With WWF, you create model objects according to a guided procedure and build model objects step by step.

Example: When a modeler creates a process via the Portal start page in the delivery state, he/she has to enter important key data about the model object via a form. In addition, a BPMN diagram is automatically created for the process. See also Create content.

The workflow component for creating and maintaining AWFs has the following main features:

  • Users can create and modify model objects according to the configured procedure.

  • You can configure workflow permissions.

  • The WWF makes the status of the model object traceable at any time.

  • Users can see the status of the workflow in the portal.

  • You use the configurations of the views to determine which users receive which information about the workflow.

See also: How to configure the WWF is described in Configure WWF.
