Continuous Improvement Processes (CIP)
With the Continuous Improvement Process (CIP), you specifically improve work processes in your company. Employees give their qualified feedback on improvement potentials of the processes. Based on these opinions, efficient measures can be taken to optimize processes. The aim is to further develop processes on the basis of idea management, and to limit and eliminate disruptive factors.
The workflow component for creating and maintaining CIPs has the following main features:

Qualified feedback from employees is collected on individual processes and process steps, particularly via the portal.

The opinions of the employees relevant to the respective process are available to those responsible as a basis for measures.

CIPs can be precisely adapted to the structure and processes of the company.

In the Portal, all or selected employees can create and edit CIPs.

The progress and status of the improvement suggestions can be tracked at any time.
