Group improvement suggestions in the CIP project

In the CIP project category, the category Improvement suggestion is stored in the Entries attribute. This allows you to create improvement proposals under the CIP project object.

In order for suggestions for improvement to be created collectively and grouped under a category, you have the following configuration options:

• Create sorted instance:

  You create a sorted instance under the CIP project category, under which the improvement proposals are grouped. The suggestions for improvement are stored there in the background. They can be output via the search or evaluations, but are not visible in the model overview:

  

• Assign CIP project as a child object:

  You assign the CIP project category as a child object in the Model overview area of SystemAdministration. In this way, an object CIP project can be created in the model overview. Improvement suggestions can then be created under this object in WebModeller:

  

  Note: If an improvement proposal is created in a model object context in the Portal, the CIP project in which the improvement suggestion is to be created can be selected in the creation dialog. See Select CIP project as storage location.
