BPMN 2.0 interface

BPMN 2.0 (Business Process Model and Notation) is a standard for the graphical representation of processes in diagrams. With the BPMN 2.0 interface from Aeneis, you can document BPMN 2.0 models as BPMN 2.0 files (XML) and exchange them across platforms.

Aeneis supports the Process Modeling Conformance of the BPMN 2.0 specification at the following levels:

• Descriptive Conformance: visible elements and attributes used in high-level modeling.

• Analytic Conformance: extends the Descriptive Conformance with additional elements.

• Common Executable Conformance: Elements and attributes required for executable process models.

Through the interface you can export and import BPMN diagrams conforming to the specification. Aeneis also interprets and generates additional information for exchange beyond the BPMN 2.0 specifications.
