Check and adjust links to SharePoint

To ensure that SharePoint documents are synchronized correctly with Aeneis, make sure that all SharePoint links in Aeneis follow a specific structure. If necessary, adjust these links accordingly.

Example of a base URI

Structure rules:

In Aeneis, links to SharePoint sites must not contain any encoding, e.g. %20. Use the original characters.
In Aeneis, links to SharePoint sites must not contain a trailing slash.

Exception: Links to the root page are indicated with a single slash.
