Pools
A pool comprises the entire process flow and represents the person responsible for the process, who is responsible for and controls the individual activities.
Private business processes are modeled within a pool. Private business processes have no interaction with other business processes of independent participants. Sequence flows must not exceed the boundaries of a pool.

In the WebModeller in the BPMN diagram, open the properties

In the BPMN area, activate the Boundary Visible property to display the pool in the diagram:

Result:
The diagram shows the pool with the name.
Note: If no person responsible is defined for the process, the diagram name is displayed as the pool name.
