Procedures for freehand diagram modeling
In Aeneis you can model freehand diagrams in several ways:
-
With forms: You can create forms in freehand diagrams that serve as mere graphical elements and are not linked to any model object. You can link forms to model objects afterwards.
-
With objects: You can model with objects that already exist in the model overview. You can create these as shapes in the diagram using drag & drop.
-
With shapes: You can create new shapes in freehand diagrams, which are created directly as model objects in the model overview.
When you create corresponding objects for shapes or create existing objects as shapes, the shape and the object are linked. Thus, most properties can be set both in the object and in the shape.
