Evaluate acknowledgment via object version

Aeneis uses the object version to evaluate which assigned users have already executed the acknowledgment. The following virtual attributes are available in the Schema under Version and releases | Customized version for configuring the acknowledgment:

  • Acknowledged ⇒ To evaluate which users have already acknowledged the object version.

  • Remaining acknowledgment users ⇒ To evaluate which users still need to acknowledge the object version.

Example: In the acknowledgment drawer, you can see which users have already acknowledged the object version or still need to acknowledge it.
