Open My Favorites
You can open the My Favorites dashboard by clicking on the corresponding entry in the navigation bar.
Filter favorites
Various filters are available on the left-hand side of the dashboard so that you can quickly find and edit specific favorites.
As soon as a favorite has a certain property, the property is displayed as a filter option. The number shows how many favorites there are for a particular property.
Example: If ten documents are among your favorites, the filter option Document with the number 10 is displayed under Type of favorite.
In the filter section, the various criteria according to which you can filter are grouped as follows:
Filter | Description |
---|---|
Type of favorite | Here you can filter by the category of your favorite. |
Scope | Here you can filter by the scope of the favorite. |
Apply and clear filters
To apply one or more filters at the same time, click on the respective property. Only the favorites with the properties that were selected in the filter area are then displayed in the favorites overview. The active filters are highlighted in color.
Note: A favorite is only displayed if it meets at least one criterion from each group in which a filter is active.
Note: If you have set filters, manual sorting is disabled.
To reset an active filter, click on the relevant filter. The filter is then no longer applied to the favorites in the overview.
To deselect all filters, click on Reset filter.
Automatically sort favorites
In My Favorites, you can use the automatic sorting function to sort favorites alphabetically or by modification date.
Note: If automatic sorting is active, manual sorting is disabled.
Note: The automatic sorting you have set will be discarded as soon as you leave My Favorites.
