Maturity assessment

In Aeneis you can assess processes with a maturity level. This indicated the quality of a process and how the process is mature and established in the company. For this, several aspects of a process are evaluated. Once all aspects of a process have been evaluated, the process is given an overall assessment (aggregated maturity level), that is the result of all assessed aspects. You can select between the following maturity level when assessing:

1 Situational	Process is incomplete and chaotic and is adjusted according to the situation.
2 Defined	Process is defined but not mature and will be adapted depending on the situation.
3 Repeatable	Process is standardized and repeatable.
4 Managed	Process is established and being managed and improved constantly.
5 Optimized	Process is established and mature and routinely integrated into everyday work.

You can define the maturity level of an process in the Portal in the properties of the process:
