Create task

Instruction:

  1. In the My Tasks dashboard click the Create task button:

  2. In the Create General Task dialog, fill in the details of the task:

    Property Description
    Task title Enter a name for the task here.
    Description You can enter a description for your task here.
    Implementation responsibility

    Enter here who is responsible for implementing the task.

    Note: The implementation responsibility for a general task can be assigned to an employee, a role or a user group. Multiple assignment is not possible by default.

    Due date Select a due date for the task here.
    Organizational reference Here you can reference processes, process tasks, process groups, sub-processes, SmartDocs, risks, internal system documents or controls.
    Attachment You can attach a file here.
  3. Click Create general task to create the task

Result:

As soon as you have created the task, all those responsible for implementation are informed and the task appears in their task dashboard.
