Authorization concept of the comment feature

In order to create, answer, read comments or perform other actions of the comments feature, users must have specific permissions.

Action	Who is authorized?
Write comments and replies	Users and user groups that have the right to Comment in the respective ACL for Collaboration.
Read comments and replies	Users and user groups that have the right to Comment in the respective ACL for Collaboration.
Edit comments and replies	The creator
Delete comments and replies	The creator, if there are no replies Users with administrator rights are always allowed to delete
Attach files	The creator
Delete attached files	The creator
Change the status of a comment or reply	Users who have an authorization in the transition. See also: Set permissions in the transition

Note: Users who are logged in as guests can create comments in the Portal. To prevent guests from commenting on processes, the ACL must be set accordingly. See also Users Anonymous and Guest.
