Configure mentions in text boxes

For the Portal and the WebModeller you can allow and configure mentions of objects in any text boxes.

Linking in a mention in a comment

With mentions you can link any objects in text boxes. Users can thus navigate from the text box to the object that was mentioned.

In addition, you can use mentions to point users specifically to content in an object. If the object that is mentioned is associated with certain users, then these users will receive a notification about the mention.

Example: When you mention a role in a comment, all users assigned to the role get a notification in the Portal via the Portal header and see the comment in My Comments. See also chapter Mention function in comments.
