DPIA views

You can view a DPIA from different perspectives using the drop-down views. Dashboards are configured in the drop-down views, which show which data has already been recorded for the respective area. In this way, you can immediately see which data you still need to enter via the properties sidebar.

Default view

Here you will find the following information on the DPIA:

  • General information about the object

  • Information on the procedural head

  • Information on whether the implementation of a DPIA is recommended

Content view

Here you can see the following DPIA content and create it via SmartEdit:

  • Description of the DPIA

  • Assessment of necessity in relation to the purpose of the processing

  • Assessment of proportionality in relation to the purpose of the processing

  • Conclusion

Technical and organizational measures view

Here you will find information on the technical and organizational measures that have been defined for the associated processing activity.

Note: You can use templates to define technical and organizational measures (TOMs) that are automatically used in the respective processing activity. You can enter TOMs manually via the corresponding properties of the processing activity.

Risk assessment view

Here you will find information on the individual risks that have been recorded for the associated processing activity and the overall risk assessment.
