Visible attributes

Visible attributes are displayed in the workflow view of a state or transition. A workflow view consists of several visible attributes with the name and value of the attribute.

Note: The workflow view of a transition is called a form. The workflow view of a state is called the detail view.

You configure visible attributes in the Schema in transitions or states. The attributes are displayed in the order in which they are configured.

Note: The visible attributes can be edited in forms. In detail views, visible attributes can only be displayed.

Note: You set whether visible attributes in forms can be edited in the Relationship properties.

Assign visible attributes

In Visible attributes, you reference category attributes as schema attributes. You can assign visible attributes as follows:

  • Copy existing category attributes and paste them into the Visible attributes of the transition.

  • Drag and drop existing category attributes into the Visible attributes of the transition or state.
