Relationship properties of visible attributes
You configure workflow views via the Relationship properties of visible attributes:

Here you enter the name that is displayed on the workflow input screen for the attribute. |

Here you enter the name that is output for the visible attribute in the workflow view. |
File manager |
If you enable the option, the file manager will be displayed under the attribute to view and edit existing files of the attribute. Note: If in forms, the Editable property is enabled, files can be deleted and edited. If the Editable property is disabled, the files belonging to the visible attribute can only be viewed. |
Editable |
If you enable the option, the attribute is editable in the form. If this property is disabled, only the value of the attribute is displayed. Note: This setting is only relevant for forms. In detail views, visible attributes can only be displayed and not edited. |
Optional |
If you enable the option, the attribute is not a required field, but optional. Note: This setting is only relevant for forms. |
Use value selections |
If you activate the option, the configuration of the Value selection attribute is taken into account for the value selection of the attribute. Note: This setting is only relevant for forms. Note: The setting is relevant only for attributes of type Model object. |
Deactivate sorting for value selection |
If you enable this option, values that can be selected for the attribute will not be displayed sorted. Note: This setting is only relevant for forms. |
Workflow object as value selection context |
In start transitions, this option can be used to set the generated workflow object as the context for the value selection queries. If this option is disabled, the selected object is used as the context of the queries in the start transition. In non-start transitions, the created workflow object is always used as the context. Note: This setting is only relevant for forms. |
Use form attribute assignment |
If you enable the option, the value of the attribute will be calculated via the configuration of the Form attribute assignment attribute. Note: This setting is only relevant for forms. |
Target format |
For the attribute File name you can define a target format here. If a file is loaded via the editor of the attribute File name, a second file is created in the target format that was stored here. Note: This setting is only relevant for forms. |
Selectable objects |
Here you define which values are selected for the attribute. Note: This setting is only relevant for forms. Example: You can use queries to restrict the value selection. Requirements: The value selection is taken into account only if the Use value selections option is enabled. |
Form attribute assignment |
Here you can use various query components to dynamically determine the attribute value of the visible attribute in the form according to the current user specifications. Note: This setting is only relevant for forms. |
Object / value renderers |
If you enable the option, you control the display of a visible attribute. See also: Object renderer component |
Textual resource |
Use Textual resource to display additional information about the individual visible attributes. An info icon is displayed next to the visible attribute. If you hover over the info icon, the textual resource is displayed. |
