Assign examiner and releaser dynamically

In properties of a process or process group, you can dynamically determine who is allowed to perform the checks and the releases for all versions created for the object.

The following properties are available by default for this purpose in processes and process groups under Responsibilities:

Version check: Employees, users, user groups and roles referenced in this property are allowed to check the process group or process in the release workflow. Users who are allowed to check a version are also always allowed to see the working draft of the process.
Version release: Employees, users, user groups and roles referenced in this property are allowed to release the process group or process in the release workflow. Users who are allowed to release a version are also always allowed to see the working draft of the process.

As soon as you create a version for the object in which examiners or releasers have been assigned via the Responsibilities, these examiners and releasers are automatically assigned as execution authorized persons.

Note: When execution permission is granted via a transition, users are granted permission for the entire object category in which the extended release workflow is referenced. See Set permissions in the transition.

Remove dynamic execution permission

To permanently remove the dynamic execution permission, remove the referenced object from the respective property in the Responsibilities.

When you create a version, you can remove the automatic assignment in the Create version dialog for individual versions.
