Create comments
In the Portal and in the WebModeller, you can make comments about objects, such as processes or documents, and their object properties.
Note: Objects must belong to a commentable category for you to be able to comment on them. See also chapter Configure commentable categories.
Instruction:

Open the comments drawer of the context object (e.g. a process)

Click New comment in the comments drawer to create a comment input field:
Note: The path in the new comment indicates that the comment refers to the context object that is currently displayed in the content area. To restrict the comment reference to a child object or property, one of the elements that Aeneis highlights before entering the comment must be selected. See also Limit comment reference.

Enter the comment in the empty text box

Click Save to transfer the comment to the overview

The comment appears in the comments drawer overview.

Object responsibles receive an email when a comment has been created in this object.

Mentioned users and process owners will see the comment in My Comments in the Relevant comments tab.

The creator of the comment will see the comment in My Comments in the Comments made by me tab.

Mentioned users and process owners get a notification about the comment in the Portal header.
