Processing activity views

For processing activities, there are various drop-down views for the areas that are required to fully process the processing activity. Dashboards are configured in the drop-down views, which show which data has already been recorded for the respective area. In this way, you can immediately see which data you still need to enter via the various workflows or the properties sidebar.

Default view

Here you will find the following information:

  • General information about the object

  • Information on the processing activity type

  • Information about the company

  • Information on whether it is a blacklist case

  • Information on whether the implementation of a DPIA is recommended

Responsibilities view

Here you will find information on who the creator, data protection officers and procedural heads are.

Description and information view

Here you will find the following information:

  • Names and contact details of client and subcontractor

  • Type of processing activity and legal basis

  • Purpose of processing

  • Data recipients and organizations with access rights

Data subject group view

Here you will find information on the data subjects.

Technical and organizational measures view

Here you will find information on the technical and organizational measures that have been defined for the processing activity.

Note: You can use templates to define technical and organizational measures (TOMs) that are automatically used in the respective processing activity. You can enter TOMs manually via the corresponding properties of the processing activity.

Risk assessment view

Here you will find information on the individual risks that have been recorded for the processing activity and the overall risk assessment.

Threshold check view

Here you will find information on the results of the threshold check.

Here you will find an overview of the rule of 10 that has been recorded for the processing activity.
